Die JOY-Buchstaben habe ich für letzte Weihnachten gemacht, aber ich habe sie seither immer irgendwo aufgestellt... denn ein bissl Freude im Leben kann man im ganzen Jahr gebrauchen, stimmts? Um sie etwas aufzmotzen habe ich für die Weihnachtssaison eine Schneeflocke dazu geklebt und außen herum weitere von meinen Papier-Sternen-Bannern... Das alle an meiner alten Holzwand... Besser gehts nicht, oder?
Die Buchstaben waren übringens mit Doppelklebeband beklebt und dann sorgfältig umwickelt worden. Für das Jo habe ich Paketband, für das O Juteband und für das Y Stoffreste gewählt. So haben sie auch gleich eine spannende Textur (und jeder, ja jeder... will sie anfassen!)
I made the JOY letters last year and actually had them around the house since then. Because anybody could use some Joy throughout the year, right?) To spice them up a little for christmas, I put them on my wood wall and added a snowflake and more of my star-banners. I really love the results.... do you? The letters were wrapped with yarn, burlap and different old clothes - to secure all that I used tacky tape. It really is very easy, but everybody just loves to touch the texture!!!
